We service Auckland-wide from our base in Rosedale on the North Shore — North Shore, central, east, west and south Auckland. If your property's in the greater Auckland region, we can get a trade to it.
Do you do small jobs, or only big ones?
Both. A single leaking tap or a one-off repair is just as welcome as a full programme of maintenance across a portfolio. There's no minimum — give us a call on 0800 199 888 and we'll sort the right trade for the job.
How quickly will you respond?
We respond to every enquiry within one working day. For straightforward jobs we can often quote quickly; for anything we need to inspect, we'll arrange a time that suits.
Do I get a quote before work starts?
Yes. We give you a fixed quote before any work begins — so you decide with the full price in front of you. No open-ended hourly rates, no surprise invoice at the end.
Are your tradespeople qualified?
Every trade we send is qualified, registered and certified for the work they're doing. We don't send unvetted subbies to your property, and workmanship is backed by independent warranties.
Can you help landlords meet Healthy Homes standards?
