About Superior Property Services

Superior Property Services is an Auckland property maintenance company that gives homeowners, landlords and property managers one number to call for repairs, alterations and upkeep. Instead of chasing separate tradies for every job, you deal with one team that coordinates qualified, registered and certified trades across the city. We’ve been doing this since 2018, backed by the established trade network of our parent company, Superior Renovations.

One call, instead of five

When we started Superior Property Services in 2018, we’d watched the problem play out for years at Superior Renovations: Auckland’s rental and property market is huge, and owners were constantly stuck trying to find reliable trades — then juggling a plumber, a sparky, a painter and a handyman just to get a few jobs done.

So we built the fix. Superior Property Services brings those trades into one network, with one point of contact. You tell us what needs doing, we work out the right person for the job, and we manage it from there. No group chats with four contractors, no chasing quotes, no wondering who’s turning up.

Maintain, replace, improve

Our work falls into three simple areas — keeping a property in good shape, replacing what’s worn out, and improving what could be better. In practice that covers the everyday jobs Auckland properties actually need: painting and touch-ups, flooring, plumbing and electrical work, minor kitchen and bathroom alterations, heat pump installs, underfloor heating, hot water cylinder replacements, roof painting, and general plastering and Gib stopping.

For landlords and property managers, that often means the routine wear-and-tear list — locks and doors, leaking taps, heating and ventilation, repaint between tenancies, and the repairs that keep a rental compliant with the Healthy Homes standards. For homeowners, it’s having someone reliable to call when something needs sorting, without the hassle of finding a new tradie each time.

Superior Property Services was set up by the team at Superior Renovations to handle work their main business wasn’t built for — smaller jobs, fast turnarounds, ongoing maintenance. That connection is the advantage: we tap into an established network of suppliers, specialist trades, labourers and manufacturers, so the trades we send are people the wider Superior group already works with and trusts.

For larger projects — full kitchen or bathroom renovations, extensions, recladding — that’s where Superior Renovations takes over. Same group, same standards, different scale of work.
